At She’z Royalty Collection, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All of our products go through a VERY vigorous inspection process to ensure you are receiving only the best quality product possible. Due to the nature of our products and in accordance with health and sanitary regulations, all sales are FINAL and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Why are She'z Royalty Collection products non-refundable or exchangeable if used or altered?
Human hair products (including virgin hair) are ineligible for returns or exchanges because they are considered a hygienic product. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to our exchange policy, public safety, and health/sanitary regulations. Please note, this is also an industry standard and other hair companies do not allow returns or exchanges of items for the same reasons.
What if I received the wrong order?

She'z Royalty Collection will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error and/or you received an incorrect item.
What if my items are defective?
